Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We offer free shipping to USA, New Zealand and Australia  on all orders.

Each product is made on-demand especially for you, which helps reduce overproduction and waste. As these items are custom-made to your specifications, they are exempt from standard return rights under EU consumer law.  Please allow 7-20 business days for production and delivery.

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, and the United States only


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before ordering.

We do accept claims for:

  • Misprinted items
  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Lost packages

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

To report an issue, please contact us at donnaleeartist@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Face masks and other sealed hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads

Shipping Address Issues

Wrong Address: If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You'll be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm the correct address.

Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If you wish to have the order reshipped, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.


EU Consumer Notice

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • We'll send you email confirmation
  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
