Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-5 business days of purchase.
Delivery times vary by product and delivery location:
USA range from 3-10 business days
New Zealand/Australia 5-20 business days

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to USA, New Zealand and Australia. (if you are outside these areas, please contact us for further enquiry to purchase) Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.
What shipping carriers do you use?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on change-of-mind purchases. However, if you receive a faulty product or printing issue, we'll gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and address. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or design?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, each item is printed specifically for you at the time of order. We're unable to offer exchanges. Please review size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once production has begun, we can not make changes, but we'll do our best to help.
I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order details and we'll resend your confirmation.

How should I care for my Rose Fibonacci Designs pieces?
